Business Development

We provide investment participation, acquisition and planning, design,
licensing, installation and operation of wind power projects in prime locations.

Transitioning to green energy is today’s trend and necessity to respond to climate change and reduce carbon emissions.
Among them, wind power generation as a sustainable energy source can generate stable profits in the long term.

1. Investment and acquisition of wind power business

Global energy companies are aggressively preempting renewable energy projects with large-scale investments.
Ventus Korea Inc. proposes suitable projects for clients who are willing to invest in or acquire new and existing wind power projects.

(1) Self-development

Local bases and preemptive acquisition of new business sites

(2) Acquisition/equity participation

Acquisition of promising projects through discriminating business reviews

(3) Repowering

Acquisition of small-scale, undervalued, old wind farms

2. Planning, design, and licensing

We focus on early diagnosis of business development potential and securing licensing at each stage.
We maximize the efficiency of investment by pre-calculating the return on investment and raising PF when the business returns are secured.
We solve the pain points that existing developers face, such as lack of information and experience, lack of diversified business methods,
inability to obtain local government approvals, and difficult to overcome resident consent.

(1) Local government approval (licensing)

We help with design and licensing decisions and proactively identify local government intentions and requirements.

(2) Securing wind power business site

We explore the possibility of leasing private land, national land (Korea Forest Service),
and public land (local government/public agency) and review and determine the site suitability.

(3) Power plant design and turbine selection

We design and plan through the power generation calculation process to ensure optimal business viability.

(4) Environmental impact assessment (Ministry of Environment)

We conduct the environmental impact assessment from small-scale to large-scale.

(5) Resident consent

Ventus Korea Inc., which has the capacity for public consultation,
identifies the needs of residents and conducts compensation negotiations.

3. Installation, Operation

By establishing a construction process that includes equipment + sub-foundation + power cable + maintenance road,
we not only shorten the construction time and reduce costs, but also solve risks in advance and provide onshore O&M services.
